This is a very easy, delicious, 100% gluten-free paratha made using bajra flour (pearl millet flour) and fresh methi (fenugreek) leaves.

Ingredients
Bajra flour (Pearl Millet) - 1 cup
Methi leaves - 1.5 cups
Ajwain (carom seeds) - 1 tsp
Garlic-chili paste - 1 tsp
Sesame seeds - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Hing - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Yogurt - 4 tsp
Oil - 3 tsp
