amazing none of them actually mentioned the real reason why annual cleandowns are required - fire prevention. all that grease and fluff builds up over time and is a fire hazard. yes, it's good to clean it for 'ride quality' but the real reason is safety. also amazed they didn't talk about strapping the step band to prevent it from physically moving, even with the power removed, if you've got a bunch of steps removed like they do, it can start to move on its own due to the weight imbalance, almost seems like they had him rolling around in there without proper safety precautions
