On Sunday, agitating doctors threatened mass resignation if the government does not expedite the matter listed in the Supreme Court for conducting the NEET-PG medical examination. The resident doctors are protesting against a repeated delay in the exam and have been boycotting medical services in various hospitals across Delhi, including emergency services. The Federation of Resident Doctors Association of India (FORDA) said that it was forced to consider this step because no concrete steps were taken by the Union Health Ministry to expedite NEET-PG counseling. Many doctors were detained by the police today to which Rahul Gandhi Tweeted, "Showering flowers was a PR stunt, in reality, it is an injustice that is pouring. The Central Government is completely worthless and fully responsible for this situation. The Union Health Minister should resign immediately for not to be able to solve the situation sympathetically and sincerely. Health Ministry will be solely accused if covid-19 pandemic raises in our country.
