Just found your channel recently and I really like your content and approach to videos. I also own the Gerber Strongarm and I find it much easier to insert the molle clip, holding the horizontal belt clip in, from the bottom of the sheath. It just makes it easier to insert and remove if I need it elsewhere, and just wanted to share. Keep up the good work!

I seen your video on a sling and noticed you had the strong arm on your chest rig. I liked where it was so i put mine opposite side where it works well for me

For a all around knife, the strongarm is hard to beat. Not that it's the best, because I don't think it is, but the combination with the sheath is Dam near a perfect setup. I have several because of the practical use of the strongarm.

Gerber makes good stuff bro . I believe they have the contract for some units for the 06 Auto Tanto folder .
I know US Militsry was using Gerber LMF . I think the Strongarm is an updated LMF .
Esse 4 1095 or S35VN is my go too . I used to be hesitant towards 1095 knives because they aren't corrosion resistant . I stopped worrying and stayed using . Now it's one of my favorites . Easy to sharpen and easy to maintain .

The Gerber strong arm is my go to survival blade. I also have a KA BAR very good blade. But when I'm out practicing wilderness survival I take my Gerber prodigy or my sog super bowie. That blade is a beast.

This knife is awesome for the price point, you won't beat it.

I hate to tell you that you purchased a fake strongarm. Watch youtube vids of fake gerber strongarms.
The snaps are the wrong color and the box is not gerber, also gerber do not sharpened that close to the knife handle. The snap button that secures the handle to sheath, should be on the right side knife when looking at the knife, yours is on the left side.
