Thanks Doc! I’m 56 and my fingers are starting to become deformed. Lots of arthritis. I’m going to be doing this to try to keep strength in my hands. 🙏🏻

If you have a smartphone, you need to do this:

With the phone in your left hand, use your right index finger or thumb to press the button on the right edge of the phone.
This turns the phone off

With either hand, put your phone down in an out of the way place

Go outside and take a walk, or read a book
