I can’t get past “Windows NT has found only 352K of low memory. 512k of low memory is required to run Windows NT. You may need to upgrade your computer or run a configuration program provided by the manufacturer”

MacBook Pro 2013
Tried both USB and external disk drive. Tried both x86 SP3 and x64 SP2

Do the files on that macbook installer disk exist on the internet somewhere? everything worked following up until XP boots, it's missing a bunch of drivers.

CAUTION!
Before you install Windows XP, please read this!
As Windows XP ONLY supports IDE Storage System by default, you need to get a copy on Windows XP with SATA Drivers included IF you are using a Modern HDD (Any HDD that is not IDE), or simply use NLite to modify your ISO copy and package SATA drivers inside the copy, if your Mac or MacBooks HDD is a IDE Drive (if your Mac is old), you don't have to follow anything here.
