All of this has to be pre-planned right? Right in time for the election 😂

It won’t last more than 1-2 weeks. They will solve this very soon. I’m more concerned about ww3.

When we don't have food to eat, neither do they. So, there's that they should think about.

So they expect the ports to not use automation?

Canada, Mexico and domestic manufacturers should take advantage of this strike - none of these entities need the ports.

Turning down a 50% raise and demanding 77%??? Unions are doing their best to ensure automation happens even faster.

Most Europe and Asia Ports are automated per new technolgy. These over paid union workers should be layoff. Labor had no value in the U.S.

Automated ports don't go on strike. It's safer, faster and cheaper.

Extremely selfish action. The union is not thinking about the impact to consumers and rejecting a 50% wage increase is asinine

This is what I see.
Two days ago the news media said the strike could cause serious issues if it goes on.
Today they say don’t panic shop.
And give you a list of what foods will be gone in days.

Automate the ports, this strike proves humans are the weakest link in the supply chain.

At least we know what group of American workers we can blame, when your car breaks down and the Mechanic says that he can order the replacement part but can't tell you when it will arrive.
