No wonder! Just figuring out I have had adrenal insufficiency most of my life due to childhood trauma. No Dr has helped me over the past 4 years when my symptoms became debilitating after getting C.
My Thyroid tests always come back “normal”, but there’s nothing normal about it. For YEARS it has been enlarged but no Dr has ever mentioned palpating it or even that it looks enlarged but I can see that it is.
They always go based off blood work that either isn’t being done correctly or the correct tests aren’t being done! So infuriating!

Safe uses of Cortisol by Dr. William Jefferies is a great book and I just started what he said asks about in it.
4 days later and I’m already feeling really good! After all these wasted years on Dr’s so much money, time and tears. Thank God for His guidance and mercies!

I know you never answer in none of your shorts/videos/ on this whole youtube Channel or somewhere else. But could you be sso kind? One single time? Tha would be nice

what if cortisol sometimes is even high and i can´t seem to find the right dose of NDT? Its either too less - feeling unmotivated, and a bit tired or too much- stomach pain, feeling agitated getting suddenly heart rasing (maybe then cortisol is high too and it jus gets too much..But whats the solution for that?

My thyroid gland is enlarged also. I have been having low serum sodium/chloride and getting weak on feet. I wonder about the adrenals?
