It is really interesting that I "used" to do this 30 years ago, every night, without fail, and it was causing miraculous things in my life. Then something changed and I stopped doing it. Thank you for this video. I am staring this practice again tonight.

My grandmother used to this say, after a bed time story, ' always think good and positive; even when u think of Ur foe'. I understood when I grew up, that it's programming Ur self into positivity and inviting positive vibes. Ever thankful to my grandmother.

Yesterday i hosted an event at my college for the very first time and hosted very beautifully that everyone were praising my confidence and when i told them that it's the first time i hosted an event they were not ready to believe

I can tell by my own experience that THIS is WORKING, I was always sleeping till 11-12 but somehow by thinking every night that I want to wake up at 7AM I started waking up at 6:30 AM up to 6:55AM every single day, I started waking up before the alarm.
