Actually, Grimmel wiped out the Night Furies, not Drago.
Also, the movie shows that are more than one Light Furies.
Plus, if we follow genetics, there is a small chance that a descendant of Toothless will inherit Night Fury traits instead of a hybrid, so more Night Furies is possible

Grimmel killed all the Night Furies because he said so in the movie; although, Drago was wearing a cloak draped in dragon skin, so he may have killed one or he retrieved that cloak from Grimmel. It was theorized that the cloak Drago was wearing was Night Fury skin.
