Cantal AOP

We got a new cheese in at Formaggioteca Terroir, Cantal from France.
Cantal cheese is a semi-hard cheese made from cow's milk. It has a creamy white color and a smooth texture. The flavor of Cantal cheese can vary depending on its age. Young Cantal cheese has a mild and buttery taste, while aged Cantal cheese develops a stronger, nuttier flavor.
