We’ve heard it said over and over again that no one is above the law. Now is the time to prove it

It would be a crime not to prosecute. Especially with the total loss of confidence in the Supreme Court. If any average citizen committed the crimes he has we'd already be sitting in jail.

Yes indeed! Americans need to be re-assured that the laws of the land matters! Truth matters!

Yes he needs to go prison And for the first time in his life be held accountable for his actions. He needs to know that for every action there's a reaction

Voting to prosecute can only INCREASE confidence in the institution. It shows truly that the law is the law and nobody is above it.

I think it's hilarious that the guy who started the chant, "Lock her up" referring to Hilary Clinton, is a million times more worthy of being locked up.

Yes. The constitution does not grant POTUS the authority to determine reality.

He should have been prosecuted years ago for his crimes. The fact that there may be violence if he is prosecuted, doesn't mean that he should get away with his crimes.

The fact that the host is even asking "should we" says a lot. All this evidence being shown and so many people just turning a blind eye to it. GOD help us all

The Justice Department should indict anyone who they find has enough criminal evidence against them - regardless of name or profile - and let the legal process determine guilt or innocence. Trump is neither immune nor untouchable.

"Should the Justice Department prosecute Trump"? Seriously? Just simplify the question a little and it is obvious. "Should the Justice Department prosecute"? That is literally their job.

Slb. Yes! Most definitely! I don't know how anyone who has love for our country and any brains at all could think otherwise. I'm sick to death of seeing him and hearing his lies. There isn't an ounce of truth in him. Those who can still think he's so great, they are as bad as he is. He needs to pay for Jan. 6 and the harm he has done to this country. It's about him and his followers. They are all like a cult. Let's bring a country under God back again.
