I respect all Starbucks employees. They’re always slammed and seem to have such a hectic work space sometimes and they are always sooo nice and keep their cool. And yes the target Starbucks is always busy too!!

The other day I was getting a Starbucks in target and the girl that was working wrote “you have a beautiful smile:)” on my lid and I think it was the nicest thing ever I will never forget it. A little kindness goes a long way. I’d like to work at Starbucks when I’m old enough and I hope I can do that too
