Dr. Thompson is a cultural and historical expert from the Choctaw
Department of Historic Preservation. He has committed a great
portion of his life to learning, in great detail, information about the
ancient Choctaw and strives to keep those ways alive in the Choctaw Nation.

We got our crops from Native Mexico, from before the Spanish. Please don't call our standard food: " Mexican"😂, we got it from them from before the Spanish and we're not Spanish.
