Thank you Ryan for enlightening us and reminding us about the ancient philosophers. We need stoicism now more than ever, why with the covid plague, global warming, wars, genocide, mass shootings in the US, migrants at our border, poverty and homelessness in this country. Serious stuff so we need to cultivate stoicism/resilience and swim against the current with enthusiasm.
