Norway is running a state-program called «Oil for Development» (OfD) Programme offers assistance to developing countries in their effort to manage petroleum resources in a sustainable manner. Oil and gas play an important role in an increasing number of developing countries, and has the potential to generate economic and social development.

Many african countries have joined recently in 2018, so hopefully, we will see oil lifting the HDI for the people, as this program teach fairness and transperancy is key for making an country truely successful by oil.

Too funny. I went to school for accountanting for one reason. To audit my country. Although i was excluded from the cff program, im still going to expose them. My slight knowledge on this disease led me here. Sure as shit he mentions canada as a prime example. Exactly why ive spent 8 years of my life studying. If only more people knew
