as a German Biochemist Ph D - we had Excellent wonderful teachers in High School. I even keep dreaming about them - Our Math Teacher in High School was far too good for us Imbeciles!!!! -
1970 started the fast racing era of Molecular Biology - and I was certain - I will become a Biochemist and started studying Biology and Chemistry . The Professors All warned us at the start: “You MUST! Work Day and Night!” - After 2 Years - most of the Crowd was dropped out. After 4 Years - only 5 were left for Ph D studies. All those who made it - never ever thought about “Working hard” - it was alll natural to be curious and Fascinated - and a 19th Century World Explorer - the farther you go - the more uncharted land you see - with every effort to go on farther. It is far more that a Professor had to remind to NOT do too much at a time...Our Professor in Organic Chemistry was drawing with BOTH hands and several Colour Chalk on the Board - Mind Boggling ! Gratitude for each Second!

I lack of work ethic.This made me procastinate in college, today i had a mechanics exam that didnt go well.I didnt prepare It good and felt that with a little more effort i could ve solved it correctly.Thank you for this video, ive not big goals or motivations but i guess start from doing my best and fight my fear of failing doing big effort is a good beginning.

I faced a lot of problems and challenges as an icse student in India, there was no doubt that sometimes I felt hopeless and like giving up. But I pulled myself together and carried on. I eventually succeeded in reaching my goals. I did my best and left the rest.

I had regrets after undergrad because I put all my energy into trying my best on ladders in video games instead of my classes. 😂 Turns out the drive for mastery can be toxic for your life. I'm making up for it now with a degree in engineering, and I'm doing alright. But I still get the urge to relapse because it's just so damn fun... That's life I guess

I used to love maths when I was a kid...then the complicated problèms came. See, I am great at not verbal maths. But my country you see, is a dick about maths and complicates it in verbal problems.
