I recognize that voice. It's the same voice that called me 20 years ago when my own actions and life in general were trying to pull me away from God. Then it was largely thanks to the power of music that I hung on. I held tight, but He held tighter, I am ever grateful for His Loving embrace.

Come home, ye who are weary. Great unusual invitation. In the world, we are invited when we are strong and capable but the Savior beckons us to come to Him when we are weary, having sinned .❤ Greater love .

I just learned that this hymn has been added to the new LDS hymn book! It is a favorite of mine.
This song was also used in the opening and closing credits of my favorite movie: The Trip to Bountiful.
