Teach your kids about money. When I was a kid, my working class friends and I played monopoly with an attorney's son. In no time he owned all the property on the board and had the rest of us paying mortgages, rents and loans. Out heads were spinning. We had been playing the game all wrong and I look around now and some of us are still doing it in real life.

Just a personal thought and experience here, I love your channel and I hope not to offend you. I don’t think that you need to be rich to have a similar mindset. Before being rich, those people had confidence, worked hard, set goals, educated themselves, and so many other factors come into play. I think it’s limiting to say that there are 5-8-10 things that can help us reach financial stability or wealth. It seems to me like it’s a combination of basic facts, and as importantly human and attitude behaviors/mindsets. I don’t necessarily look up to rich people, I look up to the ones who have a vision, build something, make money, provide good jobs, give back and are still kind to others. I hope this makes sense, I’m francophone so it’s a challenge for me to express my thoughts as well in English! 😊

Best thing I ever did was have two accounts. One for bills and another for normal spending. I didn't learn about this method till I was in my 30s and that is still the best thing I ever did to help save money and pay my bills.

I wish we had known about passive income earlier. News this week hit our family hard. If the US budget is not approved, all our income sources are gone!
I'm on SS, my husband gets a check from the VA as a disabled vet, and he is currently working at a VA hospital, on federal salary.
Nothing like having all your eggs in one basket!
We do have a bit of cash on hand, but it would've been nice to have a couple of side hustles already established!
