@chris - I’m a bi-vocational youth director with 5 daughters and just got back into youth ministry. I’ve been doing it for a year and it’s super clunky, mostly because I’m super busy with other things outside of leading the youth group. Do you ever do private meetings to go over some specific context stuff? We also use rented space for our church and I share a youth room with the kids ministry (we meet 30 minutes after our second adult service so there’s some clunky transition) - just looking for some overall thoughts on doing this better than I’m doing it now
