Very timely video as the United States has a mess going on with medications, in particular pain meds (mostly Opioides). Allergic reactions are another area of concern. The medical profession is looking at different ways to treat patients in the future. Like my doctor once told me, "That is why the sign out front says, Medical Practice!"

Very interesting. Has the influence of the placebo effect in pharmacogenomics been studied? It could me possible that people are more likely to exhibit a positive response to medicine when they've had a pharmacogenomic test, if that test was 'fake'.

Where was this filmed? I don't think the US is using the data gathered from personalized medicine sites. I have been a subscriber to 23andme for 7 years and my doctor insists on doing her own genetic tests. Is this from Australia? I would like to use this video in my genomics course so it would be good to know what country is setting a great example.

Hey chris very nice channel here with great educative content. But the 90s vibe is way to present in the videos that gives wrong ideas. As you are a great graphic designer please try to make a modern looking intro(many other channels have them, but your sound is awesome) and you might also consider removing the background. It will be a waste if people get put off by these things which otherwise is awesome content.
