Nice and clear tutorial.. Coming from IBM Watson assistant background, I was struggling to configure multiple conditional responses. And I just love how we can do all of this through UI in IBM Watson without having to code.

I just started DF 3 days ago and I found your videos very well explained!:) For the issue, I think you cannot have hybrid training phrases where some have entity annotation and others don't have. However I also think they should make it possible for more flexibility...

Great video! You could have also made a quote entity required and added a prompt to ask the user "Which type of inspiration he/she wanted" that way when a user ask "I need a quote" it will ask for a type of quote. And, the user can then type in a response.

To add the fix for "I need a quote, " go back to Intents and Need Quote. Under Action and Parameters there should be @TypeOfQuote that we created. Select the checkbox under "Required" which will require the user to say which type of quote before the app responds. Next, in "Prompts, " add "What type of quote?" This is the response to the user when they ask for a quote without a description.

This was helpful, i was wreaking my head and doubting my JS code as to why the fulfillment responses aren't shown. But my problems continues, as even my test console doesn't give the conditions i have put in my fulfillment. In my Diagnostic Info, i don't even have a fulfillment response tab. I only have a 'raw api response' tab.
