Bcoz in Islam..Allah specifically said it in Al Quran to bring all the questions and challenge the experts and people with knowledge of what they believe..himself and others are doing all these debates one of the biggest reason is that..

The fact he said "I want to challenge my ideas" shows how much he is open for growth and is willing to learn. Something I haven't even seen from atheists. They typically demand materialistic evidence that is beyond impossible to provide. Still I've yet to come across someone who says I want my world views challenged.

Edit: When it comes to some people in the comments. Automatically defending athiests, by calling him a bad faith debater and everything in between. Such as using childish remarks. I disagree with those propositions. It's fascinating because they automatically insult him. I never said he was a perfect debater, surely he has his critics and problems. But the people against him in the comments, show me something fascinating. Their dogmatic views cannot be challenged. Ok, God cannot be proven. So why do you feel the need to defend your beliefs in an insecure manner, if you're right?

There are plenty of highly educated atheists and agnostics that are out there to debate, though you may not be popular enough yet for them to debate. That being said, I implore all of those looking forward to this guy’s debates to watch some of the debates already out there between highly educated atheists and highly educated religious people alike, instead of waiting solely on this guy to debate.
