New AMG GT - Mr AMG's Ultimate Spec & Options GUIDE!

This is the new #MercedesAMG GT63, it’s PURELY V8 Powered only, and it’s the sportiest #AMG in the line-up. But with this new GT, the formula has changed in in a big way. Now it comes standard as a 4matic+ all wheel drive car for the first time, and its practicality is doubled with a rear bench and shared interior with the SL, and a much bigger boot!

Alongside that increased practicality comes a tonne of new options, which will make spacing this car quite a challenge! There's so many different types of car you can create, so today we go over the following:

- Aerodynamic package or Non-Aero
- 2+2 seat rear bench for the kids
- OR omission of the rear seats (Like the old AMG GT S and GT R)
- Solid roof, or panoramic roof
- Front Lift System
- Interior leather options
- Seats: Comfort vs AMG Performance Buckets
- Chrome pack and Night Package
- Exterior colours : Magno Hyper Blue, Magno Green Hell, Patagonia Red, Magno Spectral Blue, High Tech Silver

We will also hear the exhaust sound of this epic new AMG, because how can we resist? ;)

Mercedes really have done an amazing job of updating this car it looks absolutely fantastic. My choice would be the blue with the chrome surrounds but I'd also opt for the rear spoiler.

I love that silver interior. The diamond stitching elevates the class of the seats. I would get the rear seats removed so I could use it for interior luggage space. I like the new blue but not sure how well it would go with that brown interior. White as good as it looks would be worried about clothing staining the color. Other options I would go with the sun roof and rear spoiler.

The sound is intoxicating! The only BIG challenge is the 911. From my humble point of view, it’s very difficult to pick the AMG GT instead of the 911.

Yes it looks amazing however the previous 190 GT is better.
Lighter, faster, and more balanced with much better weight distribution. The new GT has no Dry sump motor. No transaxle setup. No Gtrag DCT. You’d think they’d start utilising the new Gtrag 8 speed like the new Ferraris. It’s a backward step imo.

If you rear seat delete, does that vertical wall that sits in its place still fold to give you the bigger cargo area? If not, the seats are the no-brainer.

Good morning from Australia! I speced mine on the German website earlier in the week. Magno Blue, white interior, and bronze looking wheels. I know the white is impractical, will probably go with the saddle.

I have ordered my 2024 GT 63 in almost an identical spec as the Viper Blue Magno at the end of the video. I may be wrong but the interior is called crystal white.
