so the number of axes in the feature space would be the number of voxels?

Hi Alvin,
Thanks for another great video.
I saw some previous videos of your serie, but I still didn't figure out how to adapt to my study: I'm searching for differences between patients and controls.

In some papers like Baliki, Schnitzer et al. 2011, Ung, Brown et al. 2014, Robinson, O'Shea et al. 2015, I found that they use MVPA to discriminate between the 2 groups with up to 75% accuracy.

Would you have any input on how to perform this MVPA group classification using Pronto or any other toolbox?
