Unfortunately Diaz went this season from being one of our best players to having trouble with competing, scoring and assisting as much as before.
I remember him at the beginning of the season competing with Cody for playing on LW, then Slot played them together and it looked really sharp, but this isn't really working anymore!
He gives his best, he helps the team and he still has some assists or goals, but you are the 1st one to know that this isn't enough. If Haaland played like that 2 seasons ago, I don't think they would have won the treble, you need consistensy from August to May

I have a feeling Edward wants to completely overhaul the team. I would not be surprised if our quick direct attacking forwards gave way to more technical, slick, and creative wide attacking midfield players. It is more Pep style.
