Anna you have done so much for me without even knowing it! I started my journey with you in 2022 and I am forever grateful. ❤ In the fall of that year I struggled immensely with body positivity, and started to do workouts for all the wrong reasons😢 and eventually just didn't have the energy and motivation anymore to workout. The next year in the spring of 2023, I tried so hard to change my mindset, because of this malnutrition I struggled in school. I started watching your shorts and basing my meals off of what I thought was healthy and I kept watching you and figured out what you wanted your watchers to know and that being to find a balance in life. I finally figured out a better balance in December of that year. I started based off what makes me feel good and I started working out again as it helps with my anxieties and stressors. Thanks so much for everything! You make me want to continue going even when things get tough. You motivate me so much! I literally have a 'If it doesn't challenge you, it won't change you.' I always look at this when things get rough. ❤❤❤ Love you girl.
