Exactly! Creativity is about the doing, not the end result!! I love making little quilts from my kids old clothing. However, I. Do. Not. Love. To. Measure. Thank you so much for saying that because my mom's side of the family was always telling me to stick to the thing I was best at, and master it, or I wouldn't be successful.
But guess what? Being passionate about a lot of different creative things means that now I can cook for anyone, with whatever's in their fridge, even pretty good at medicinal cooking if you're sick.
I can sew myself whatever outrageous thing I want, make the cutest plushies, and sew back up my friends' clothes.
I can tweak and tinker with about any project and little thing I come across and I love it!
And I still paint and draw digitally regularly, and write, and I'm doing it for a magazine rn! So it's great and it really helps avoid burnout and it can be successful!
