I use fluoride free toothpaste but what about the calcium fluoride tablets? Should I take those?
The fluoride in toothpaste & in water is a waste product but calcium fluoride is a naturally occurring mineral
Many dentist are not aware of this

Hi Doctor, I am MISSING a molar on the top of my mouth. I have a part of the tooth still in there. Just recently, that spot started swelling and omitting a foul smell. I then tried brushing a lot and other things.

I now have been taking vitamin C tablets and vitamin D and K2. Since then, the partial tooth went from black to partial white. My gums went from red to pink. The swelling stopped, but it just came back after eating 3 cinnamon buns. Should I just go to the dentist? I am very stubborn and usually refrain from booking an appointment with the dentist
