How Pizza is Made at Dominos

Don't get me wrong...Dominos is not my fav. pizza by any means but I was honored to be invited to tour their HQ and participate in a pizza-making class. In my opinion, their pizza has come a long way from the plastic cheese rumors & card board-like crust of the 80s. It's now top notch for such a mass produced food product w/ honest ingredients & made w/ unbelievable dedication...

I work as a delivery driver for Domino's and I am proud to say the store I work at cleans their hands before they start to cook. With a 98 score from health inspectors, I wish that other locations would follow our example (not saying all others are doing bad, but there are some out there...)

at pizza hut they had premade dough. it came in heavy ass boxes and they were frozen. they were already cut, same goes for the Bread sticks. everything was premade and frozen. I worked there for about 4 hours lol

Ah damn I remember doing this tour in elementary school 12 years ago. We made our own pizzas and ate them, was a fun time.

I saw so many violations!! Why did he have his back end leaned against the makeline, where we prepare food?! He proceeded to touch the pizza with his bare hands after it came out of the oven. Plus, the boy making the pizza was wearing a ring, which is another violation!! That is not an accurate video! You left out a very important part... WASHING YOUR HANDS BEFORE ENTERING PRODUCTION AREA!!!!

hes an OER coach and is trained to make literally thousands of pizzas. so he is doing it the way dominos is supposed to be made

Gotta love how they use the same pizza cutter (without wiping it clean) for all pizzas. That way their customers can get a little taste of every pizza that cutter has cut all day long. Thanks guys.

Sorry for my bad English. But I work at Domino's Pizza atm, and I can tell you we're very clean. We wash our hands after everything we touched, no matter what it was, we even wash our hands after grabbing tonno. I don't say that it's like that everywhere, but don't judge every Domino's because we're not all that bad. I know it doesn't look very clean when you see we touch food with our hands, but we got an training how to wash you hands before you were allowed to work. We even put the screens in the oven when they fell on the ground so the germs burn. I just want to say that I feel really offended by the fact that people say that Domino's is disgusting, because hygiene is very important for us.
