DeFi help: What is a rug pull!?

What the heck is a rug pull? People trading these DeFi crypto projects may talk about it, but you don't understand what a rug pull is, or what people mean when they say they get scammed. Spoiler: there are a lot of ways to get scammed. I share some of what to look out for when identifying risks in this highly speculative space.

People who are new to crypto should watch this video and learn. I lost a few hundred $$ due to scam like this. I would buy a new project at $4 and a few hours later it drop to $2 and continue to drop little by little down to .30 cent in a few day. I don't know how those scammers can live with themselves. People with no conscience.

what about a liquidity pool made of 2 stable coins?

If a rug pull were to happen in a certain project, what happens to the stablecoin pool (eg USDC-USDT) in that farm? From my understanding, a rug pull affects the token native to that project. But what about other pools? Very new to this and would appreciate some clarity. Thanks!
