President William Ruto has shuffled his cabinet picks swapping Soipan Tuya with Aden Duale. In a list presented by Speaker Moses Wetangula to parliament, Soipan Tuya has been re-assigned to the defence ministry while Aden Duale now moves to the environment docket.
