I'm lucky to be able to look forward to home-style Cantonese at home. It isn't as polished as restaurant food, but it's every bit as tasty. Post-Thanksgiving, for instance, we had traditional turkey jook as our cholent.

As an Asian Jew from Hong Kong I not sure how I feel about the name choice but the food looked amazing and authentic HK Chinese is all about the wok Chef. Another home run thanks for the great videos always.

Better than all the Kosher Chinese in LA put together! I can tell when her dad isn't cooking though, still great, but not as amazing as when he is in the kitchen!

Ching…is derivative of a Asian slur in these parts but I get it totally get it. No hate here just a shock …maybe taking back the word …liberate it :) the food looks amazing.
