Is there a way how I could speed the automation up, or slow it down? Something like a free rate, how fast the MSEG clip would get played? Im pretty sure its not possible sind the automation is played in the arranger in the current bpm....But maybe there is some strange workaround?

Just use midi CC, it is far more accurate
