Crochet Flower Power Blossom How to Tutorial by Naztazia

In this tutorial video I'll show you how to crochet these flower power blossoms. They are reminiscent of the late 1960s and 1970s retro peace flowers.

Hi I'm Donna Wolfe from Naztazia. This crochet flower power blossom is cute to use as a hair decoration, refrigerator magnet, handbag motif, and even a lapel pin. It's pretty simple to make using basic crochet stitches.

I'm using worsted weight yarn and a size G 4 mm crochet hook. You can adjust the size of the yarn and hook up or down to accommodate different sizes of flowers.

Love these! I remember when my youngest sister was born in 1969, my mom and I painted a second-hand crib avocado green and decorated the front and back of the crib with big flower power stickers just like these crocheted flowers!

Short, sweet, Simple, to the point!
Refreshing to just learn something new without any drama!
I'm thinking of making a rug or a table runner with this cute crochet flower!

This is the best retro flower power I’ve come across. Now I want to make it a square without simply appliquéing it onto a square. I do not care for other methods that I have seen. Wish me luck.
