Dear bike industry I think your doing an amazing job and our sport has gone to a level few of us could of predicted 20 years ago
You've brought us quality braking that lasts more than one decent in winter
The ability to drop our saddle and for that we salute you
Your now making bikes that make people like me ordinary feel like same hill for 4 hours on a wkd and for that you should be knighted .
BUT! we feel your losing your mojo! You've somehow lost your way, you've given us more bottom bracket standards that even hambini himself is struggling to get his head around, given us carbon bikes that break like peanut brittle, forks that creak after a week in the bike park, rims that dent if you sneeze near them and yet on top of that you still dance with the devil the rear mech exposed cassette and chain.
Your now giving us the reverse mullit super boost and concentrating on lls geometry which is all great but we still have pivot bearings that suck after 1 winter tyres ruining a top athletes DH run .
What we want is more durability not a new lightweight frame that's 300grams lighter than last year's model .
We want consistency on so called standards .
Take a holiday! go find yourself ! Do what you need but please, bike industry get that mojo back .

The 661 evo compression jacket and recon knee pads are super comfy to wear. Too bad i was only wearing the knee pads when i broke my shoulder. Lesson learned :) Great show as always. Cheers 🐒
