Jeremy Renner’s snowplow injuries ‘worse than anyone knows’: report | New York Post

Jeremy Renner’s injuries from his freak snowplow accident are “worse than anyone knows” and could require two years to fully heal, according to a new report.

The Marvel actor suffered critical injuries in the New Year’s Day incident in which he was run over by the heavy-duty machinery near his Reno, Nevada, home.

Renner was airlifted to the hospital for “blunt chest trauma and orthopedic injuries,” according to a statement from his representative.

He has undergone surgery and remains in the hospital, where he has shared some selfies and videos since.

However, a source close to the “Hawkeye” actor told Radar Online that his condition is worse than what has been revealed publicly.

I don't know Jeremy Renner but what I know of him tells me he's not one to be underestimated. Even if it does take a few years and the loss of his leg, the man will make a triumphant return. I'm both rooting and praying for him.

He looks ROUGH buddy. After this his wife will put her foot down. Some men are not mechanically inclined and need to be forced to leave it to the professionals. Its either that or she will take out more insurance on him.

I find it weird his new season/show comes out just now. I'm not saying his injury is fake whatsoever, but I've heard of other celebrities staging break-ups, relationship news, medical issues, or rehab just before their book or show comes to market. Glad he is okay since this was so very serious, but always do your research before buying into something.

What a shame that in this country such a talented man like Jeremy was forced to remove snow by himself. Why can't this country get it together and have the government safely remove snow? Mr Reners injuries are the direct result of the selfish policies of conservative Republicans. He would be safe and healthy today were it not for Trump.
