Number 5. The Bathtub Girls
Two sisters in Mississauga, Ont., who were convicted of taking the life of their mother in a bathtub in 2003 have been sentenced as youths, and given the maximum penalty. Justice Bruce Duncan sentenced both to 10 years in prison. The two now 19 and 20 years old, would serve six years in secure custody and four years under conditional supervision, with 18 months subtracted for time spent in prison. The older sister will serve her sentence in an adult facility. The decision was announced at a court in Brampton, Ont. Their names can't be released because they were 15 and 16 at the time of the crime, and subject to terms of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
In convicting the sisters of first-degree, thejudge found the girls plied their mother with Tylenol-3 pills and alcohol on Jan. 18, 2003, before one girl held the mother's head underwater until she drowned. A psychiatric assessment released recommended the girls be sentenced as youths, citing concerns that the two would do poorly in an adult prison. Dr. Phil Klassen told a sentencing hearing that the sisters had no history of violence or criminal behaviour before taking the life of their mother. Initially, the passing of the 44-year-old mother was ruled accidental, but police reopened the case a year later when a friend of the sister contacted them with new information regarding them boasting in front of friends how they punished their mother.

Number 4. Brenda Spencer
Charles “Cam” Miller sees the scar on his chest every day and remembers how, when he was 9, a bullet from Brenda Spencer’s .22 rifle pierced him from back to front. He vividly recalls the sight of Principal Burton Wragg and head custodian Michael Suchar lying bleeding in front of Cleveland Elementary School in the San Carlos neighborhood. And Miller has never forgotten the horror he felt when he lay in an ambulance next to an inert Suchar and, as the ambulance rounded a curve, the custodian rolled on top of him, face to face. It was many years ago, on Jan. 29, 1979. Spencer, then 16, armed with the rifle and scope her father gave her for Christmas, started picking off students heading to the elementary school directly across the street from her Lake Atlin Avenue home. Miller was one of her victims. She fired 36 rounds. Eleven hit their mark — eight children and three adults. Wragg and Suchar passed away; the others, including San Diego police Officer Robert Robb, survived their wounds.

Number 3. The XBOX Underground
Hackers who infiltrated computer networks of games companies, including Microsoft, and stole commercially valuable information about Xbox One and Xbox One games, pleaded guilty to conspiracy charges. In a Delaware court, David Pokora, 22, of Mississauga, Ontario, and Sanadodeh Nesheiwat, 28, of Washington, New Jersey, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit computer fraud and copyright infringement. Calling themselves The Xbox Underground, the hackers broke into various game company networks including Zombie Studios, which was working with the U.S. Army on simulation software.

My uncle was 16 when he was charged as an adult and sentenced to life without parole for shooting a man that robbed him in Kalamazoo Michigan. To this day they still refuse to resentence him. I’ve seen cold blooded adult murders sentenced lighter than that.

This is something I disagree with whole your charged with murder and the case is water tight then no matter what age you are, that person should have their name revealed, instead of protecting them on a murder they committed....Named and Shamed

Haven’t watched this yet, but that boy on the left reminds me of the court case where the little boy (who looks like him and may be him) is testifying against his mother who drowned his sibling in their pool

I got the movie about the bathtub girls & it makes me mad. I got seriously abused as a child & I haven't killed anyone yet... & im 42! I can't even kill a rat or mouse let alone a living person. I know how final that is. So I really don't get it when adults let alone kids kill people.

The kids who hacked into whatever didn't kill anyone, shouldn't be included in this compilation. I think the hackers are genius. They should be released to help the government or something special. They might be smarter than the people they have developing crap for the military.

Why are you useing a picture of the little boy crying with this title (he did nothing wrong ) he was telling the court that he seen him mum kill his sister by drowning her I like the content of the video just no the wrongly used picture

Why do you keep using the photo of that little boy who had to testify in the case against HIS MOTHER who was accused of killing HER daughter in the thumbnail? And then passing it off as him being a killer? It's not hard to just find genuine killers in court and use a photo of them. Literally just being a little more diligent would easily avoid this.

children with abusive parents are confused and they have no idea whether violence is ok or bad. parents should also be punished

Since when are a 22 and 28 year old kids? If your valuable data can be hacked by young people with a software toolbox you should not connect those computers to the internet.

If there are not self defense excuses which may include protection against rape they need to consider death penalties. The copycat murders done in the form of mass shootings or killing of parents who have not harmed their children in any significant way will be prevented on account of people thinking of engaging in the crimes refraining on account of the penalty .
