Guide needs a lot of work. Like when are your power spikes, when should you roam, what is she weak at, what is strong at. This is a bare bones guide at best. Telling someone to constantly all in just won’t work on a lot of the most common match ups. Best strategy I’ve seen is to use Annie’s increased auto range to harass the enemy laner. Getting a CS lead as Annie is essential to winning lane as Annie. U almost never want to be in q range unless you’re going to all in.
