I’d recommend anyone to take Econ 101 course in any college. This program is ok but goes all over the place with some financial planner like minimal depth to actual how to make wealth. I’d say don’t try to run before you walk. Saving is still the key.

How can this guy not bring up " losing your house and land by the court use of a quick claim deed". Everyone is afraid, or dont know, millions of men lose their house by a judge using a quick claim deed. He never says anything about this. It's so common today.

The steps are simple, executing them is where people struggle.

The steps:
1. Provide something of value.
2. Get compensated for that value.
3. Spend less than you make.
4. Invest the rest into something that does #1.

There is nothing wrong with working for money. In fact, its the best way to make money. However, there is a difference between directly and indirectly working for money. In other words, if you are making money but not dorectly working for it, then someone else is working for it for you.

I wish i learnt most of these principles about seven years ago. A lot of people have been trapped strongly in the matrix-- Go to school, get a job, and then slave your whole life. Many miss out on life-changing information that could have great effect on their finances. I played with the stock market sometime in 2020, and I was surprised at how well it turned out.
