CNCF Wasm-wg Meeting 2024-08-06

In this instance of the CNCF TAG Runtime Wasm working group, we discussed our next round of deliverables, Taylor provided an update on WASI Cloud interfaces, Taylor also provided an updated on OCI artifact tooling, and Justice discussed a SKIP (SpinKube Improvement Proposal) related to cloud identities for Wasm workloads.
