Just a lil' question. If you have already curly hair and you do this after the shower, won't it damange your existing hair? Cz it is supposed to have a different shape and instead of supporting that shape by scrunching, we make a perfect curl out of it.

I can't seem to make it work for some reason. My finger glides through my hair but it just won't come out right, the finger rolls work but not this 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

This works really well with most of my 2b/2c hair. The very top of my hair and the nape (which is still growing out) however, need to be curl pinned. I mention it because if you want uniform results, you sometimes need to use various methods.
