Primary issue I've seen and heard is how they have too many players playing passively and kinda throwing demon1 to the wolves in hopes he makes something out of nothing

Makes me salty Optic didnt get a slot for Valorant when they legit had a super team and were shown to be a top dog contender. FnS, El Diablo, Victor, Crashies, Marved and Chet as a coach. I would have LOVED to see this team make its journey through Valorant especially how well they meshed as a team and grew in such a short period of time.

Demon1 should stop hard entrying, its clear he's not good at it. Ethan and Chet gotta lock in too

Just another example of just putting a bunch of talents together without solid IGL to direct and lead them is not going to work

4. Bleed (they benched their igl for yay)

Gotta realise it doesn't matter how many pros are on the team. All of them will clash egos, and none of them fulfill the things that each other lacks in which their previous teams did.

As a long time NRG fan let me say, their team composition is weird AF, always changing and all the members too. We can definitely say that what they need is a good IGL at this point since in every recent matches, they just seem lost. FNS held all of the optics team down, now that he's gone, I don't think it's gonna be easy.

I mean, the smartest thing they can do right now is put Victor on Raze and Demon1 as a smokes player in maps where raze is more favorable than a Jett.

Demon1 isnt suppost to be a HARD entery player, he was made to be a lurker in his previous team, he did very well as a lurker but not as a entery.

To be honest, Demon1 was carrying the team by far with a lot of hero plays. Not his fault. It was their comp got screw up.

This is what happens when you cutoff someone's head and stitch up another hand in it's place thinking now he will do more work at the same time with the addition of the hand. NRG was doing so good under FNS' leadership.. It shows alot qualifying every major tournaments. and som was their best player last season. I dont understand tge roster change. In search of gold they lost 2 diamonds. Ethan is a terrific player, there's nothing wrong with his playstyle. But he is not a shot caller, rather someone who set your duelist up..
