I have 2 Microtouch Solo Trimmers that have failed after only a couple of months of use and there’s no one you can contact on their website to get any help. One will not turn on anymore and the other one stays stuck on. As soon as any water hit the switch, that’s it, it stays stuck on until the battery completely drains out.
