Russian air bases under attack from Ukraine? Drones target Kursk airfield, explosion reported

A third Russian air base was set ablaze after a drone attack on Tuesday. This came a day after Ukraine demonstrated a 'new' ability to penetrate hundreds of kilometers deep into Russian air space with attacks on two Russian air bases. Officials in the Russian region immediately held an anti-terror commission meeting following the incident. Watch this video for more details.

An oil tank was hit by a drone. Nothing serious this time. Yesterday three planes were lightly damaged and three military personnel killed (there are already satellite images that show that damage was indeed pretty light) . Ukraine used Soviet made jet drones laced with explosives. Previously Ukrainians accidentally even launched this jet drone into Croatia (it flue across several countries' airspace). Russian anti-aircraft missiles hit them but these things have big inertia so they fell near the airfield. Russians should learn their lesson and increase protection of their airfields.
