Hey Matt. How would I go about letting go of something I truly regret? I was conned out of money and material from my home & what's worse is I willingly gave double the money for the job I had done even though I KNEW I was being lied to. I don't know why I did that but at that moment I just felt compelled to give a very large tip knowing I was being lied to. I feel shameful for allowing this to happen reliving that moment constantly in my mind. I feel almost as though I was being taken advantage of & I was ok with it.

Neville says ALL things are possible to God, my I Am awareness. How can I let go & regain my peace.
