About 20 seconds in it sounds like they're playing "TV Eye" - too bad the sound isn't better. Iggy's signature spastic movements are clearly visible early in the video, too. Cool!
It doesn't even look like them late in the video, but Iggy falling down at the very end ... typical and (now) classic!

Saw em mott jr college in 1969. My 1st concert. Src the Forst 3rd power pain brown wrapper the stooges. Their 1st album not out yet. We were press against stage for 30 seconds. Then 30 feet back. Iggy made us almost piss our pants. He all ready had blood on his chest from dragging his naild across it. Then he dove into crownd hit floor. Began fllipping on floor by kicking his feet. Kick a bikers chick in the head. Biker grab him. Punch him im face about 20 times. Iggy gets up om stage. Blood running out nose still singing into the mike. Then he starts punching his face dancing and singing. Bloody mess. Guy really bled 4 his art. Ya man great concert 4 a 1st one. No way this in Flint. Too peaceful

I would say the year is 1969, already with the name of The Stooges. As for the song, it's complicated. It could also be Little Doll.
