Jordan Petersons lectures got me out of a dark place mentally about two years ago, ive struggled with extreame depression since 17 loss of a parent. Angry at the other one, and My 3 oldest childhood friends are non exsistant in my life even though they live close by. Anyone have any big tips on how to get rid of the Resentment and Anger? much love to you all

To cure my body, I was suggested to admit that I am angry. I must allow myself to express that anger, and to reflect on it. It will help with my autoimmune system. I have all kinds of allergies and other health problems.

I hate that on my journey to become a better person I have become more cynical and resentful of everything. I hate everyone and my desire to forge relationships has been completely diminished

I agree with almost everything Jordan says and have taken so many priceless knowledge away from watching him.. but occasionally like yesterday I just feel a bit confused. JP calling obese/very heavy women not pretty is in my eyes a stupid statement. Sexual preference is not objective... I have looked at certain overweight models before I can admit that, so him saying that seems shallow to me...
It just makes me a little cynical because I always look at him as a role model fundamentally and there's so many things about him that I admire. I put him as a person with qualities I admire everytime I wrote the Future Authoring Program. And then seeing this tweet is like... that's nothing respectable. I hope he comments on it if he hasn't already.

Jordan helped me a lot and he said so much wise and helpful stuff. But he’s not on a good path right now. Saying mean things on Twitter and politicizing stuff for no reason is really unnecessary and unwise.
