The best plan is one that is accepted by your dentist.

Thanks for another informative video! I FINALLY sold my house (although I had to go under the million dollar mark to do it), so I hope to be moving within the next half year or so. I'll almost certainly be getting in touch with you to find an agent in my new state for the Advantage coverage. Cheers!

I'm a senior who maintains my professional association dues primarily for the dental benefit offered. Metlife dental PPO for $50. per month, which covers cleanings and routine X-Rays at 100%, and 80 to 50% of everything else. My dentist accepts it, and my MA plan's freebie prepaid debit card covers up to $600 in dental bills per year. I've used it for implants, fillings, crowns, etc. Max. $5K per year benefit

I don't have any teeth. I just need dentures or Implants. How can I get help with this? Send me a link to your video on getting other insurance plans to help with Medicare. Awesome video thumbs up. Thank you very much.

If planning to get new dentures, be sure to ask if they have a MISSING TOOTH CLAUSE. I needed a new partial, shopped around and paid for 2 years before i was eligible for e new one. But… of course… they would not cover it because I lost a tooth… molar, not related to the partial… MISSING TOOTH CLAUSE. Total rip off and waste of money. Save the premium and pay as you go.

Here in Florida Humana has a medical HMO plan, and they offer a PPO dental plan that covers 100% of extractions, bone grafting and dental implants up to 5000 a year. No waiting period. I know this to be true because I work for a perio office in the south Florida area and I do the dental insurance for the office

Ok I have a dentist Ive been going to forever[senior have A and B] This office has a plan for $299 a year which covers 2 cleanings and xrays each year. So that comes to about $25 a month. I also have VA which doesnt seem to help with dental. So is what my dentist allows my best option. I do live in indiana. So My dentist suggests I remove a certain tooth and get implant, but that price is around 12-1300 $ I push back on that since Im on limited income.

Eastern Europe has very affordable dental fees AND high quality. ie: a deep cleaning of all of your teeth will cost about $50.

I had covid the first yr, it seemed to have no symptoms. 5.5 to 7.5 months later, my right upper side had teeth breaking off as well as the left bottom side and my bottom front all started breaking off. Not a clue what was happening, my dentist had closed her shop because of Covid. NPR had a doctor and dentist who had a teenage boy patient. He also had had covid and the same issues with me, teeth breaking off a little before 6 months. The 2 doctors investigated and covid had attacked the jaws with its rich blood supply. The teeth and nerves were both attacked, no pain associated with the roots of the teeth loosening nor nerves unless the broken teeth sliced the tongue. Is there any recourse from having had covid where the health system helped cover the cost of implants?

Cathy, you're looking happy and content..as usual. I enjoy your videos. Do you sell dental hmo to someone in a different state?

Why do people buy dental insurance? You are always paying more or the same in premiums and co-pays as you receive in benefits.

My dentist said it's possible that'll need a root canal. I haven't gone to the specialist, yet. Would the insurance not cover the root canal since it could be considered pre-existing?

So on PPO plans with a $1000 or $1500 or even I see one with $2500 max is preventive services cost included in that Max. Most plans that I look at don't say

So if I have Medicare advantage, cxan I still buy an HMO if my plan has no dental?

One simple crown costs $4000 now so that’s not a lot of money.

Original Medicare and supplement is still not enough for dental care yet government gets regular raises and can give billions in taxpayer money to other countries. Once again, seniors lose out.
