This video is full of mistakes.
1. The wires wrapped around the fuse leg and the grounding point do not comply with any electrical codes. Unsafe contact can cause a fire.
2. It does matter which way the fuse is plugged back in with the camera wire. In one of the two cases, a fuse will not protect the circuit. This can cause a fire.
3. It says in the text that a 3A fuse is required, but this is not used during installation.
4. Diagonal cutting pliers can easily destroy the fuse.

Isn't Fuse Tap necessary when connecting the cables to the car's fuse?

I watched many tutorial videos and couldn't understand whether using Fuse Tap was mandatory or not. That's why I didn't take the risk and bought Viofo's fuse tap.

The 70 mai 360° no 4k version drains the car battery in about 1 day for me and a friend of mine with parking mode on and by deactivating all the superfluous functions we have the 4g module ... making the parking monitoring unusable unless you use the car every day for long journeys to allow the car battery to be recharged .... does anyone of you have the same experience? Has the latest 4k version improved or do you have to buy an external battery to have parking monitoring with satisfactory autonomy? Thanks
